Cancellations and Returns Policy

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges. Please contact our customer service team at 09 261 2323 to cancel your order. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours and the order has not been shipped, a restocking fee of 10% may apply. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product upon receipt according to our returns policy.

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items, personalized products, and personal care goods. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return at www.gracebeautyauckland.co.nz. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your items back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at [09 261 2323] and send your item to our return address. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
